But Mavi New York will not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damage caused by the purchaser. Our warranty extends to institutional and commercial purchasers.

MAVI NEW YORK SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES CAUSED BY DEFECTS IN PARTITION UNITS OR ANY DELAY IN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT THEREOF.
