Toilet Partitions — Section 10 21 13

Toilet compartments and urinal screens in powder-coated steel, solid plastic (HDPE), solid phenolic, plastic laminate and stainless steel — floor-mounted overhead-braced, floor-to-ceiling, ceiling-hung or floor-mounted without a headrail. The material choice is really a durability-versus-budget decision: HDPE won’t rust or delaminate and cleans up after graffiti, which is why it dominates schools and pool buildings; laminate offers the widest finish range but is the wrong call for a wet room. → See toilet partitions

Lockers — Section 10 51 00

Powder-coated steel, HDPE, phenolic and laminate lockers in single tier, double tier, box, Z-locker and athletic configurations, with benches, sloped tops, number plates and your choice of built-in combination locks, padlock hasps or keypad locks. Wet locker rooms and natatoriums are where steel lockers fail first — plastic is usually the cheaper answer over ten years. → See lockers

Bathroom Accessories — Section 10 28 00

Grab bars, mirrors, soap and towel dispensers, combination towel/waste units, hand dryers, sanitary napkin disposals, baby changing stations, shelves and hooks — surface-mounted, semi-recessed, recessed or partition-mounted. If anything on your accessory schedule is recessed, we should be talking before the walls close; recessed units need wall depth coordinated at framing, and that missed dimension is one of the most common RFIs on a restroom package. → See bathroom accessories

Wall Padding

Vinyl-covered foam padding over plywood backing for gymnasiums, sensory rooms and behavioral health spaces, plus column pads and safety padding — wall-mounted or floor-mounted, with or without a top return. Panel layout has to be coordinated with existing wall devices, outlets and door swings, so a field measure before ordering saves a second lead time. → See wall padding

Visual Display Boards — Section 10 11 00

Porcelain enamel steel markerboards (magnetic, the long-warranty classroom standard), glass markerboards, cork and vinyl-faced tackboards, combination units, sliding multi-surface units, display cases and trophy cases. Countertops

Commercial restroom vanity tops in solid surface, quartz and phenolic, with integral or undermount basins, backsplashes and support brackets. Field-measured after the rough plumbing is set, because a template taken off drawings rarely matches what’s actually in the wall. → See countertops

Medicine Cabinets

Recessed and surface-mounted stainless steel medicine cabinets with mirrored or framed doors, fixed or adjustable shelves, and locking options for healthcare and residential-style units. Cubicle Curtains & Tracks — Section 10 21 23

Healthcare privacy curtains on ceiling-mounted track, with mesh tops for sprinkler clearance, in antimicrobial and inherently flame-resistant fabrics — launderable or disposable, with snap-on carriers so infection control can change a curtain out in minutes instead of an hour. Bike Racks

Inverted-U, wave and post-and-ring racks in stainless steel, galvanized and powder-coated finishes, surface-mounted or in-ground. Many NYC projects carry a bike parking requirement, so the rack count and layout are worth confirming against your local code before you order. See Bike Racks
