1. Return Policy

Custom Products: Our custom toilet partition products are made-to-order based on your unique bathroom layout. Because these items are custom-manufactured, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production begins.

Damaged or Defective Items: We accept returns and provide free replacements only for items that arrive defective or damaged, provided they meet the inspection criteria outlined below.
2. The Custom Order Approval Process
To ensure your custom partitions are built perfectly to your specifications and delivered on time, we use a mandatory review process:

Receive Your Drawings: Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a detailed PDF shop drawing via email or text.

Review & Confirm: Carefully review the drawings. If everything is correct, send your approval. If changes are needed, request a revision immediately.

Submit Approval: Respond to our confirmation request via phone, text, or email.
⚠️ Important Production Notice: If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours of sending the shop drawings, we will automatically proceed with production based on the specifications provided at checkout to avoid project delays.
3. Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Processing Time: Unless noted otherwise during checkout, Mavi New York ships all items within 2–5 business days of receiving order confirmation. You will be notified immediately of any unexpected delays or cancellations.

Delivery Method: Custom orders are securely packed on pallets and shipped via a specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carrier.
4. Local Warehouse Pickup
If you prefer to pick up your order directly, you can visit our Long Island City warehouse:

5. Freight Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
Because toilet partitions ship via heavy freight, severe transit damage can occasionally occur. You must follow these steps to protect your order:

Inspect Immediately: Conduct a close, thorough inspection of the pallets and materials upon arrival while the driver is present.

Note Damage on the Receipt: If you see or suspect any damage, you must clearly write “Damaged Material” or “Subject to further inspection” on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing it.

48-Hour Claim Window: Any claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted to Mavi New York within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a free replacement. Missing or undocumented notes on the delivery receipt may void your claim.
